Service Request Form

Tell us the details of the files you wish to send.

Upload your files

You will receive a link by email with upload procedures for your file(s) to our secure server. Our server is compliant to HIPAA, AICPA SOC 2, PCI DSS, CJIS, FIPS, DFARS, GDRP, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.

Pay invoice

Once the file(s) are uploaded and received, you will receive a link by email to pay an invoice for the service. Once paid, we do the rest.

Receive tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking information for the shipment.

All our files are sent in our proprietary GigaMailer USB flash drive mailer. The mailer includes:

Thin profile compact USB stick
Protective insert with cutout for US
A 6″x8″ self seal mailing envelope.
It’s simply the best way to mail a flash drive.

Send one file to multiple recipients or single files to individual recipients.



Protects USB thumb flash drives better than padded envelopes. Envelope does not get shredded in USPS sorting facility. Conforms to USPS standard letter size.



Envelope comes with specially designed insert with a compartment to protect the thin profile USB thumb drive. The insert is the same thickness as the USB drive so that it does not get caught in the USPS sorting machines.



Resealable label keeps USB drive in the compartment and allows for easy removal of the USB drive. You can put the drive back into the compartment and mail it again or put in a vertical file cabinet.
